Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Process:

    • By booking an appointment with 'JENNA ELLEN HAIR', you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

    • You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including your name, contact details, and any relevant preferences or requirements.
       

  2. Appointment Confirmation:

    • Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or notification from us.

    • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any appointment request at our discretion.

    • All bookings made online require a $50 non refundable deposit. 
       

  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice may result in a penalty or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
       

  4. Late Arrivals:

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
       

  5. Services and Pricing:

    • The services offered and their respective prices are outlined on our website or booking platform.

    • Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
       

  6. Payment:

    • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website or booking platform.
       

  7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • We strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your appointment, please notify us promptly, and we will endeavour to address your concerns.
       

  8. Liability:

    • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of your appointment, except where negligence on our part is proven.
       

  9. Privacy Policy:

    • We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website. 
       

  10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or booking platform.

EXTRAS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
 

 

  1. ​Additional Product

    • We have additional charges for hair that is long and/or thick and requires the use of additional product. We currently charge $10 per 10g extra.​

    • If you would like to be quoted before we begin, please let your stylist know during the consultation. We can work to a budget if you have one, but please be aware that to achieve what you are after, may not be possible if your budget comes in at less than your quote. However, we endeavour to do our best and get as close as possible and provide you with alternative options. 
       

  2. Zero Sickness Policy​

    • We have a zero sickness policy, so we kindly ask that you do not come in sick and that you make contact as soon as possible to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee.
       

  3. Appointment Attendance​​

    • We kindly ask that you come to your hair appointment alone. It allows other clients in the salon to enjoy their experiance ​and stops distraction for ourselves & others. 
      Please note: This excludes breastfeeding babies OR if you are needing assistance in anyway. 
       

  4. Arrival Time

    • We do ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so that we don't run behind. If you are running late for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.​ We only have a small buffer time, so please be aware that if you are later than this, we may not be able to complete your full service or may need to reschedule you. 
       

  5. Miscellaneous 

    • You are more than welcome to bring in food / drink with you while you get your hair done OR have a silent appointment if you have work to do or you wish to just relax, read or sit on your phone. We totally understand how it can be and won't be offended. ​
